Lidar Extractor (“the app”) is published by kadjor. We care about your privacy. This policy describes the data we process.

1. Scan data

The app processes your LiDAR files locally on your computer (Mac or Windows). No point cloud or scan data is automatically sent to our servers.

2. Install analytics (optional, with consent)

On first launch you may enable update checking. If you accept, the app sends: a random anonymous identifier, the app version and the language. Our server derives the country from the IP address (via ip-api.com) and stores the IP address. Purpose: counting installs and improving the app. Legal basis: your consent. You can disable this at any time.

3. Mailing list (optional)

If you enter your email on our website, it is used only to notify you of updates. Our emails include an unsubscribe link. When you click a link in our emails, we record that click (pseudonymously, linked to your address) to measure interest in our announcements. You can request deletion of your data or unsubscribe at any time.

4. Feedback and uploaded files (optional)

If you use the “send feedback” feature, your message, scanner version, optional email and the compressed folder you attach are sent to our server to develop compatibility. You only share what you choose to send.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Only the geolocation service ip-api.com receives the IP address to determine the country.

6. Retention and rights

Data is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by writing to lidar.kadjor.net/contact.php.
